Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days of purchase. You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed, and a separate shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Time
Once shipped, most orders arrive within 7-15 business days. Because some items are fulfilled through our supplier network, transit times can occasionally run longer during high-demand periods or for remote addresses. We know this is longer than typical Amazon-style delivery, and we'd rather set that expectation clearly up front than surprise you later.
Shipping Cost
We currently offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States. Any applicable shipping costs for other destinations will be shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Where We Ship
We currently ship within the United States. If you're located outside the U.S. and interested in ordering, please contact us at rypzcustoms@gmail.com and we'll let you know if shipping to your location is possible.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number and a link to follow your package's progress. If you haven't received tracking information within 5 business days of ordering, please reach out to us.
Delayed, Lost, or Missing Packages
If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery window, or tracking shows an issue, please contact us at rypzcustoms@gmail.com with your order number. We'll work with the carrier to locate your package, and if it can't be located, we'll arrange a replacement or refund.
