Refund & Return Policy

We want you to be happy with your Brestin purchase. Here's how returns, replacements, and refunds work.

30-Day Satisfaction Window

You may request a return or refund within 30 days of delivery on the SealFresh Pro vacuum sealer, FreshScale digital kitchen scale, and the SealFresh Pro Complete Bundle, provided the item is unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.

Refill Bags (Hygiene Items)

Because SealFresh Pro Refill Bags are a food-contact, single-use item, opened or used packs of refill bags cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons, unless the bags arrive damaged or defective. Unopened, sealed packs may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered, contact us at rypzcustoms@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. In most cases we can send a free replacement or issue a full refund without asking you to ship anything back.

How to Start a Return

Email rypzcustoms@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll respond with instructions and, if a physical return is needed, a return address. Please don't send items back before hearing from us, as unsolicited returns may not be matched to your order.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected (or once a no-return-required refund is approved), we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please note it can take additional time for your bank or card issuer to post the refund.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received a refund within 10 business days of approval, first check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company and bank, as processing times vary. If you've done this and still have not received your refund, contact us at rypzcustoms@gmail.com.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they arrive damaged or defective. If you need to exchange an item for the same product (for example, a different bag size), contact us at rypzcustoms@gmail.com.
